This is a sightly, lightweight folding knife with a narrow long blade. The knife is originally used by the higher class of society for culinary use, therefore it wasn't a convenient fit for a peasant.
The "Szalonnázó" named after its function (the world "Szalonnázó" means prepare bacon for consumption), because you could easily cut off a huge slice with it from a larger piece of bacon.
